Two-Hour Production Classes (Peter Pan and Phantom of the Opera)
There are 2 separate classes for Peter Pan. Each Peter Pan class has one rehearsal per week, either Tuesday or Friday. Also, the Phantom of the Opera is a mystery/comedy! Very fun!
Ticket Fee per Family - Each family who has a child(ren) participating in a 2 hour Production Class must pay a one-time fee of $55. In return, you will receive 10 tickets to the Evening performances and 2 tickets to the Matinee performances. These same 12 tickets at the door would cost $104. Need a larger quantity of tickets? You can save even more by paying an additional $35 for a total of $90. In return, you will receive 5 additional evening tickets and 2 additional matinee tickets for a total of 15 evening and 4 matinee tickets. These same tickets at the door would cost $144. You can use these tickets and/or sell them. The Ticket Fee is due by or with the third month's tuition. See Auditions page for more information.
TUITION: Whether you have one child taking multiple classes or several children taking one class, the following costs apply. For example, if you have one child participating in two different Production Classes, the total cost would be $130. If you have two children, each taking one Production class, the total cost would be $130.

Two Hour Production Classes Tuition -(These rates include tuition, script fees, character props, costume rental and cleaning, stage make-up, and special hair products when needed. These things are very expensive but we work very hard to keep the cost to a minimum for everyone. See Auditions page for more information (not included here).

Annual Registration Fee - There is a yearly non-refundable registration fee of $20 per family due at enrollment time.
Tuition is due the first class of the month. A late fee of $10 is charged after the second class of the month.
Speech Class – A one semester course which involves topic choice, research, organization, and effective communication. Speaking projects include introductions, interviews, demonstration speeches, informative speeches, and persuasive speeches. Includes discussions of the communication process, audience analysis and public speaking guidelines. Students will gain more skills and confidence for communication and public speaking. Students receive high school credit.

Playwriting - This class will give you a writing class credit. This class is a step-by-step guide on creating characters, building a plot, writing an outline, and developing scenes. Be prepared to use your imagination to create a play.
Ages: 12 & up

Curriculum Being Used: Screenwriting & Making a Good Script Great (no need to purchase)
Preschool Acting Class - Ages 2-5 This is a fun and educational acting class focused on introducing young children to theater. We will play acting games to bring out their natural creativity, and their personality. We will pretend and make-up characters and act like different animals and different people. Your child will love this class!
Acting Skills Level I Class K-6th - This is a fun and educational acting class focusing on building confidence, and creating characters through acting games. Students will learn the parts of the stage and how to take direction. Students will increase their memorization skills, focus, stage movement, non-verbal communication, observation, and concentration.
Acting Skills Level I Class 6th & up - This class will bring out more of the student's natural creativity and enthusiasm. We will be covering; using the imagination, learning how to work with an ensemble, forms of movement and sound, and creating characters. We will play acting games to develop acting skills in these areas: Observation, Memorization, Sensory Awareness, Concentration & Focus, Improvisation, Action & Reaction, Trust, Knowing your Objectives, Spatial Awareness, Motor Skills, Nonverbal Communication, thinking outside the box. Students receive High School fine arts credit.
Adult Acting Skills Level I Class - This class will bring out the natural creativity and enthusiasm that is key for students to be creative. We will be covering; using the imagination, learning how to work with an ensemble, forms of movement and sound, and creating characters. We will play acting games to develop acting skills in these areas: Observation, Memorization, Sensory Awareness, Concentration & Focus, Improvisation, Action & Reaction, Trust, Knowing your Objectives, Spatial Awareness, Motor Skills, Nonverbal Communication, thinking outside the box. From this class, we will look at casting parts for a Summer or Fall Show.
Woodworking Basic Skills - Learn woodworking from our Set Builder, Jerry Walker. He has had his own remodeling and restoration business for over 13 years. Basic woodworking skills covered. Students will build at least one of various projects to take home.
Tech Theater – We will be working on many aspects of the backstage theater process. We will make a set and prop list for the current play, build and create props; painting if necessary. Students will learn how to make a microphone list for the current play, learn how to and practice how to do old-age make-up, creating sound lists. During the performance, technical theater students will have an opportunity to work in one or more of the following areas: Sound, Lighting, MIcs, Stage Managing, Costuming, Prop Crew, Set Crew, Make-up Crew.
