The following 5 forms and class fees must be completed and received by us
for your child(ren) to be considered for a part. You can pay by check or credit card(see credit card form below). Print and complete the forms. Then, email it to ActingForChildren@hotmail.com. or bring to 303 Main St Garland, TX 75040. You can drop it in the mail slot or bring to your child's class(space permitting). This and the first month's tuition will reserve you child(ren)'s class(es). Email or call 972-658-3915 if you have questions.

To order T-shirts, CDs, DVDs, or to Place an AD in a Program, complete the Order Form. Then, email it to actingforchildren@hotmail.com or deliver it to Annie at Breitling Youth Theater (303 Main St Garland, TX 75040).

Volunteer Form
If you would like to volunteer to help reduce your child's tuition, please look over the following form at the available volunteer position.
These are additional forms that you might need but they are not required for enrollment.
We want every child to be able to participate, regardless of finances. If you need tuition assistance, please look at our volunteer form to help reduce your child's tuition. There are limited scholarships for families that qualify. Please contact us for availability and we will email you a scholarship form.
